hi,
i have a cms that of course runs on templates.
what i need is to create many versions of those templates.
its a built in css templates and there is no heavy design for the templates, just some header with minimal graphics.
beside changing the css, the html itself must differ from each other template(divs, tables .
i will tell you the theme and the number of templates for this theme required.
Please only bid if have high rates.

I have a pligg site which i want a template made for but i allso want matching templates ie:
main site - which is pligg
blog - which is wordpress
forum - which ever we can sort out/ later on but allowance
I am unsure of the costs for this project
the site in question is called wedigg.co.com as in layout but open to ideas for the whole project my main concern is all templates should be matching. .

I need someone that can create templates for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.1 for Linux. If you are not familiar with this process please don't waste your time reading any further.
Basically right now I only need a handful (4 to 6)templates with a christian/religious theme however I am looking for someone that is proficient and reasonable in cost and will likely use them for ongoing work with this if they do good on this particular job.
Please note:
I ONLY want someone that knows how to make Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder Templates. I will check the coding of the templates and also before payment is rendered, install them into the sitebuilder system and if they do not function, have coding errors or issues you understand and agree payment will not be made. Once your bid is chosen I will place the expected amount into escrow however it is understood and agreed that the monies will not be released until I have fully functional templates that are installed in my working licensed version of sitebuilder and work as expected and as any of the other already installed templates work.
In other words, you understand and agree that if your bid is chosen, no payment will be made or expected by you if you cannot fulfill the very explicit terms of this agreement which is to provide fully functional sitebuilder templates that work "out of the box" just as any of the other sitebuilder templates provided by Plesk do and that, in addition, these templates must follow the specific rules of creating a sitebuilder template as well as install in the same way as any existing sitebuilder template does and be similar in look and design as existing sitebuilder templates including up to three color choices per template and at least two or three header choices per template.
If you cannot comply with this with 100% certainty but only "think" you can or "think" you can figure out how to comply, or "think" you can learn how to figure out how to comply and then trick me thusly into thinking you are some sort of expert at building sitebuilder templates, please do not bid and waste yours and my time because I have been working with sitebuilder for 3 years.
In order to accept the bid you will need to sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) and also assignment of all rights to my LLC as to any templates you create or develop for my company as well as provide proof of identification of some sort with regard to your signature thereof.

To tie these menu's into the Navigation Structure of the Portal.
You'll need to understand how to create the UI templates as Portlets so that they can be used throughout the site. We also need you to understand the dynamic way that Oracle Portal Creates its Hierarchy. - This will be built directly into the templates.

I am using a wholesaler that provides me an XML file with all of the products and description etc and its updated every day so yo know its effective more the CSV file.
I have a shopping cart called cs cart www.cs-cart.com if you do e-commerce you know that shopping cart. Its a php cart.
What i need is a mod` to import the XML into my shop database or.
There is a sample xml attached here. I need it to work perfectly with my store and updated according to the wholesaler xml.
I also need a mod` to list my products on Ebay directly from my store and that the checkout will be directed my store but lets do the XML first.
You can download a trial cs- cart and install on your local computer to try your mod` or on your host.

I need a CMS that is as easy as Joomla to use but that is far more flexible. Ideally I need to more flexibility when deciding where to put modules etc. I want to place them where my templates for the given page states.
I need custom built modules that fit with the theme of my site and that are dynamic and scalable when content flows over.

I need the shopping cart/commerce portion of the site built. This is the last step in making the site completely functional.
Some shopping carts I have looked into are as follows: Oscommerce, ZenCart, ShopSite, PayPal. Any of these will probably work but I need someone with the ability to integrate one of these shopping carts and make the site fully functional.
