Basically a way to automate this process and reduce burden of niche site builders who currently do this manually. 2) Each user would have a simple control panel that can be used to set up their websites. The entries user makes will go to a currently available control (online) and simply fill out a template. 3) Solution that returns search data on a keyword that is input by the user. search data would be from Google, and either from an auction site or a clone of the results structure from terapeak.com i.e #of bids, #of total auctions, #avg price etc. 4) Reporting Data-So user can have a list of all of their niche sites in their admin panel.
