I have a partially completed project that I don't have time to work on. This code must run on Linux and most Unix variants. (windows would be good too, but don't clutter up the code if thats what is needed) A specification is attached in a text file. This project is to fetch one or more XML (RSS) news blocks, then store them and also retrieve and display them. It should accept parameters either on the commandline or through a webserver. --- Details of where and how to get the data and the existing code will be provided to the winning bidder. ------------------------------ The code you write must only use standard PHP calls. No proprietary or licenced code allowed. I will retain all rights to the code you write for me. After bidding, please send me a PMB to tell me your experience in similar projects or information about your ability to complete this project, the approximate time you will take. Please ask specific questions if you have any. Please don't bid if you can't complete this small project within my budget.
