I need someone very experienced in both Flash AND coding (HTML/PHP/XML... etc.), who knows how to install scripts and databases and is willing to do this project very professionally up to my standards. I have purchased template monster # 10632. http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/10632.html I need someone to make a lot of the text and pictures dynamic (changeable by me). They have to change all text and pictures in template. They will have to take away the intro movie and put a welcome page instead, where while flash website is loading (loading bar provided by me) users will have the option of going to the HTML “tickets” page instead. I will also need the website to have good SEO. The website must be in the top 3 - 5 finds on a “pages from South Africa” search on google.co.za and the top 1 - 5 pages on google.com for: “under 18 party” “under 18 parties” “under 18” “u18” “Parago” “Parago events” etc. The site will have have 6 pages: • “HOME” (flash) Navigation headings, headings, *text and thumbnails needs to be changed. Pop up boxes, where missing need to be added where boxes say “more”. Also on this page a subscription form will need to be added, where users can enter in their information and subscribe to our mailing list. Information will include name, email, age and phone number. All information from this must be databased and emails must be added to mailing list along with names. Information should preferably be exportable to an exel sheet. *Text and thumbnails need to be dynamic (easily changeable by me) • “about us” (flash) Headings and thumbnails must be changed. Text must be changed and added on both page and in pop up boxes. 6 pop up boxes must be added for each name, currently under “our dj’s”. • “parties and tickets” (not flash) This page must be added, it must be a html page. There must be a background, a heading and a table with information and many pop up boxes and links to external ticketing website. This page must fit in and look like the rest of the website. All text and links inside and out of the table must be dynamic. • “gallery” (not flash) A dynamic gallery must be added. With your recommendation I will buy a gallery script and you will edit and tweak it and make it to the same style of the rest of the website, users must be able to easily navigate themselves back to the rest of the website at all times. • “solutions” (flash) This page will show the services we offer. There will be a heading and a short paragraph for each service we offer with a pop up box for each one so we can tell them more about this service. • “contact” (flash) Text will be have to be changed. Messages entered into contact sheet will have to be sent to one of our email addresses. Other miscellaneous things that have to be done are: Changing text in “privacy policy” Putting my logo where other logo is. Changing song on that plays on website. Creating email boxes and addresses. Creating entry page Creating databases SEO And other small details. I have created and attached a power point presentations explaining and showing some of what to do on two out of the six pages. Although I might have left out certain things. Please provide link to portfolio or websites you have done in the past, with a brief explanation about what you did for them. I will pay agreed amount as soon as I am FULLY satisfied and the site is up and running. If I am satisfied with your work you will be given two more similar projects with slightly higher pay. The price agreed for this project must include three months maintenance, where in you will make small changes if need be and deal with problems if they arise, thereafter we can agree on a monthly amount to continue maintenance of site if need be. I ask that you do not bid above $500 as this is about my maximum budget.
