What we are really looking for in the CRM is something simple to
start, with the ability to extend as the customers needs are more clearly
identified. I'm looking at 1 to 2 form pages initially so it should be fairly
simple but might present challenges in designing the database architecture
because of the many unknowns. To be honest I'm more concerned with the UI
design as this is what will sell the company on the product more than
features/functions at this point.

We are using the CRM as a selling tool with the idea of expanding the product
via modules for functionality. In it's simplest form this can be accomplished
with CSS, XML, PHP and MYSQL and some custom icons but I want to give the
flexibility to the programmer on how to best accomplish what I'm looking
for.
