Description:	VIDEO XML WEBSITE I need a very functional, clean site based on a slick 16:9 Flash player (480x270 or 512x288) with all the features: full screen, embed, email, etc. We want to filter videos by location and category (up to 40 of each). The sub category will be individual listings. Each video will be accompanied by text and a still photo gallery. Video titles should be in galleries and have easy to generate thumb nails. Something similar in design to the Adobe Media Player would be great!
