Description:	----------------------------------- Dear all We are a UK Real Estate company seeking online exposure. As the subject suggests, we need the services of an expert in Website Design/Development with plenty of design flair. For the next 5 days, we will be looking at the bids posted by companies and/or individuals. Only bids from creative minds/companies will be considered. If, after 5 days, no suitable candidates have been found this project will be withdrawn. I have attached an example (fig1.jpg) of what we are looking for; 25% Flash and 75% XHTML/CSS with Login/password fields. The design however, will be a bit different as we want a clean box style design (fig2.jpg and fig3.jpg). We will provide the initial content, a sketch showing the overall requirements for the front page, imagery to the required spec and do our best to make this an enjoyable experience for both parties. The backend of the site is currently being developed, but we expect the winning bidder to integrate what has been created into his newly created frontend. This includes modifying all 8-10 pages of the backend to the same design standard of the frontend. Please note that after successful completion of this project, you could also be given the opportunity of redesigning some of our corporate partners’ websites. We want to pay between $300 - $900 for 1 (ONE) front page created to meet a high design standard (as the figures exemplify). Also, the person undertaking the design of that 1 (ONE) page, will be required to incorporate whatever design is created onto +-8 (EIGHT) other pages. This means 70% design and 30% technical ability is required, thus realistically only bids from companies/individuals with design flair will be considered. Many thanks.
