Description:

Before you proceed to bid on this project, you MUST have had experience building
a telephony dialer for use on standard US phone lines from a web based
application. If you cannot show proof of your knowledge in the PMB, DO NOT BID!
Here's the scenario. A home based sales rep will access a protected call center
screen showing the sales script, objection scripting, sales figures, etc... We
can program this on our own and almost have it completed. We are using a PHP /
MySQL backend an only need the telephony solution... Keep reading if you are
still interested.
The call center application must be able to do the following (100% effective /
ZERO DEFECTS)
•Must generate the DTMF using a win/fax modem from a standard Windows XP
machine.
•Must automatically dial the number from a timed command within the PHP web
page.
•Must be run from a hidden frame within the PHP web page.
•Must user must be able to use a "popup" style dialpad to access company
directories (ie, If they must press 0 for an operator or enter an extension to
be connected with the person they are trying to reach).
•Must be able to use special calling features (cancel call waiting, dial code
for outside line, connect to 3-way calling).
•Must be able to accept inbound calls using Caller ID and access the record from
the MySQL database.
•Must be able to utilize On-Hold music / messaging from messages we will modify
regularly.
•Must be able to send fax (WinFax Pro style) from a que.
•We may update this list as the project comes closer to the wire, but for now,
if you can meet these needs, then please bid.
Final Note: I am starting this company on spare change I've saved after getting
laid off and I WILL NOT ENTERTAIN BIDS ABOVE THE PROJECT BUDGET! Also, if you
are bidding, you must agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we talk
further about your bid and the details of the project. Finally, I retain all
rights to the completed software.

Must be able to utilize a standard Plantronics (or the like)
telephone headset with a dialpad attached.
