Description:	I need a TABBED form designed using filedset, legend and label tags among the standard input elements. The ideal solution would be a form that is using filedset and labels as tabs of course with the help of CSS and javascript to toggle the filedsets. The attached text fiel contains a sample form desgined using filedset, legend and label tags. The two attached images display the entire form without the tabs and the second one displays it in a grouped state with tabs. The idea is that sections of the form should display when one of the tabs is clicked without refresshing the page. Also the fieldsets should change the background when the state is hidden.
