I would say this is a client management system where it has helpdesk, survey tool, billing, packages, point scheme (just like the credit card reward points), affiliate, coupon etc. The listed were the major components. Helpdesk - a simple helpdesk, shows user's personal data and account info. with an URL that allow user to reply instantly instead of logging into the system. Billing - with 4 options payment method, automatically generate invoice to clients and activate / suspend unsuspend account if the user sign up / overdue payment respectively. packages - allow us to add hosting packages survey tool - allow us to post questions to get client's feedback point scheme - this is similar to credit card point scheme, however, the points can be added manually by admins and the points have its own value. afiliates - i believe this is simple enough. coupon - where clients get discount or special offer with this. email templates - for us to edit the email templates. must use class to write this because it is easier for editing in future. you must be familiar with cpanel system.
