Description:	Online Web Based control panel/GUI interface: I am looking for someone to program a game server control panel ( must be 100% unique ) that will also be able to do instant server setups on payment receive through paypal ( could be possibly linked to clientexec if required but best if it could be done without the use of clientexec ). Some functions of the control panel should consist of restarting game servers ( like the HL 1, HL 2 engine ), ftp access to the server, modifying basic server.cfg ( main server config files ) online text editor. I also want the ability to check the server status like map being played, how many people is on the server and send rcon commands or kick/ban people directly on the control panel without logging into the server.
