It will be a flash reader that reads xml parsed from php/mysql database and/or ascii flat files into the reader so that the content can't be copied. After the first 2 or 3 chapters the user is prompted to buy a subscription. The site should have a simple forum (phorum.org or similar) for members only that has no expiration (subscriptions to the book/reader expire if the user stops paying.) A low cost, clean and simple flash reader to present content to subscribed users. If you have ways to promote the ebook also let me know.
