Description:

For this project I would like to have a simple website flash radio player built
that will work with my flashcomm account to stream live music.
The radio player will consist of a broadcaster and receiver app with a basic
interface.
I found 2 working templates for this on the net the can be built upon or if best
can start from scratch. These ones are for audio/but can be cut down just for
audio.

RECIEVER (radio player)
1) a simple play / stop button
2) Volume Control
3) I'd like the player to connect to an xml file and then automatically load the
rtmp:// address from there.

BROADCASTER
1) Stop Broadcast Button
2) Set sound quality (bitrate)

REQUIREMENTS
1) Will need to provide beta testing, bug support and installation support. Also
help get it working.
2) Must have good communication and be able to give updates on what is going on
at a reasonable frequency
3) Must be able to meet reasonable deadlines agreed upon.
4) Will provide all source files when done.
