We are looking to build a dynamic database driven eCatalog for about 2000 products. There is no shopping cart or prices listed, simply search for products, view the data and email a form with the product interested in and contact information. The product data will be entered by us. Additionally, there will be technical data sheets, images, and other related documents in pdf format that will need to be displayed with the product. Product pages should be SEO. Details - The products are chemicals and therefore can and will have different types of attributes. (example: weight, formula, cas#) some products will have more atributes than others. Products can also be classified under many categories and sub-categories so the DB design should be flexible. There will be several documents that are associated with each product. (Examples: tech. data sheets, marketing flyers, MSDS, ) some may be urls or files on the file system. There should also be a very simple admin interface to modify the products and associated files. for an example site please look at http://www.spectrumchemical.com/retail/fine_chemicals.asp - but without the cart when u view the product..
