First page must be as easypost but needs also sender address and email field. Text area need words counter. Words counter must count words and also predefined amount of money calculated sum per word. User can click on send button only if he has accepted terms. If user clicking on "send" button, he will directed to www.2checkout.com payment system. Payment will be calculated from words. Admin must have admin area where he can see list of letters. Letters must be sorted as unpaid, payd, sended. Also can admin set price for words and sending fee.
