The bidder will need to provide the following: 1. For uploading purpose the bidder will create an admin panel from where I can upload the animated ecard designs, which will be reflected online. Bidder will also create different categories where I can directly upload the ecards. Like X'Mas, New Year, birthday etc 2. Bidder will provide a backend by which I can add/edit/delete/activate/deactivate categories/holidays and ecards therein. 3. The registered members/visitors can select the ecard to be sent, type in the message to be sent along with the card and can send it to recipient email address. Once the recipient clicks on the link, an automated message goes to sender as receipt indicating that the card has been opened.. I need to be able to change the text messages myself. 4. Recipient must pick up the ecard from the web site. 5. Users do not need to register to send the e-cards. I am looking for a user friendly web site. 6. Bidder will not be required to provide any e-cards, I will provide the animated e-cards. I also have the banner for the site which is the only artwork needed. 7.E-cards are free on this site so no payment process is neccessary 8. I need to be able to provide a picture of some of the e-cards on the main page for each category and then the user can click on a category to see more e-cards. 9. In addition to the typical Holiday categories, I need the web site to have 2 additional categories where there will be a single e-card for each of the 2 categories and the user can select a poem that can be sent with one of the 2 categories. There must also be a method for you to add/delete poems for each of the 2 categories. I need quick service on development of this web site and I don't want it encrypted whereby I cannot add functions to the web site at a future time.
