OPPORTUNITIES. It should have a crawler that goes out to crawl google, yahoo, msn, all the web and hotbot all of these relavant sites based on approx. 25 Top keyword phrases. It should also have Object Seach and Clustering with (XML to break each search category down and shown on right hand side panel - use say 3 or 4 results.) It should have the ability to index a minimum 10 thousand of pages per day. Maximum 500,000 pages at any one time. I also want to be able to control 1st level on certain or all of the listings were I can place a text ad. Also should be able to change sidebar throughout the site automatically as well as header and footer. I do not need ecommerce or sales. The engine will be free for the public to list there urls for indexing. Should include a subscriber box that will work with pearl script which includes a letter to subscriber and notification email to me. make working model as sample for testing. Then install on my server, php, mysql etc.. **If you have a lot of experience in building search engines please bid competitively and include search engines you have done.
