Looking at starting a web design business and looking for a good framework to start with NON Open Source! I am looking for the rights to this framework but a conditional basis is open... This framework can be reused to handle multiple requests but enable and disable features in the admin area... Depending on users request will depend on what features get enabled. Prefer shopping cart integration and user signup included. Im open to further developement on something that is already started. Im open on pricing...
