I am currently working on an Advanced flash conferecing/presentation application for a university. The solution will be free to universities. I want the application resemble macromedia breeze but with more features. The application has 3 parts. The first is the admin area, then the publishers area, and finally the conference area. The publish area is for uploading content before the conference starts if desired. Admin area is for adding users and presenters. Below are the key features I need. I havent decided excactly the layout as of yet but it will be decided upon acceptance. 1.Video and audio that can be only for the presenter or also for the others in the room. 2.The ability to upload files directly into the meeting including files in the publishers area stated above. The file can be any printable document and will be converted into a swf file for loading into the meeting stage. I have a way to do the conversion aleady I just need help automating it.. 3.The ability for the speaker to annonate the slides being shown with arrows, text, eclipse, etc... 4. the ability to scale to the users screen resolution including full screen option. 5.The ability to invite people to the meeting. 6.A screen sharing pod for the speaker to show his/her screen to the rest of the room. I already have the screen sharing software driver all I need is the area on the stage.. 7.The ability to record the meeting including video, audio, and all screen activity and archive it so that it can be viewed at a later date. 8.File sharing via push. 9.A public and private document folder than users can add to based on permissions. 10.URL Sharing, not only push but in frames.. 11.Ability to change meeting users permisisons in real time while in the meeting. 12.Two live Modes of operation, Discussion where all users have video/audio, and presenter where only the presenters have audio/video. Please leave room for changes and last minute ideas. This project can be completed in steps if needed with payment after each step. 25% will be paid up front with another 25% after I see substantial results. The other 50% when completed. I will give plenty of feedback and many examples in the PMB to anyone that asks. This is a very serious project and it needs to be top quality.
