Description:	Hi, We need to workout the following system. 1)To convert a form now in Word or Powerpoint format (question- answers) and free text to Adobe Acrobat Forms 2)Forms have to be hosted in a dedicated server and accesible from the internet in a very well protected directory. 3)Security has to be very strong. Information is sensitive an confidential 4)Forms has to be sent in XML format to an e-mail address 5)XML has to be imported to any database 6)The data in the databases has to be exported to a flat file readable by any statistical package (SAS, SPSS). 7)To document all the installation in the server and work performed 8)We have both a dedicated server working in Linux or Windows 2003 server 9)We already have Adpass 6.2 for Linux installed just in case Linux has to be used To start with we want to try the system with a small form with 30 different questions.
