Description:

I need the registration process for the website www.slimbuddy.com to be
redesigned so that it changes from 9 screens to 3.

The scope of the project is to adapt the existing design and deliver static
html forms to a specification that will be provided- ie which fields will appear
on each of the 3 pages.

Delivery will be 3 html pages and associated css / images.
