Professional Hosting from Just Host

We have updated a web site based on a webco flash template, and now require 6
problems fixed as per the attached pictures.
Content block message stopping flash header and menus
Problem with drop down menu. When the heading is clicked windows explorer
appears.
Create directory style links page with 6 catagories and insert a link addition
code to allow users to add links to our web site.
Insert newsletter sign up code and autosponder service.
Adjust movement of text in a side scroll bar.
Pop up enlarged views of pictures - this facility is installed but a ie security
error occurs at the top of the pop window.
