Installed on one of my domains or subdomains. Administration access to be able to make or change global settings. User access to be able to make changes determined by administrator. Web page editing. Password-protected. On another domain, possibly even another server. Ability to edit hardcoded HTML pages. These are static HTML pages and are not database driven. Want to be able to edit a page by clicking on a link somewhere on the page. Do not need major editing abilities but would prefer to use a tool like TinyMCE so plug-ins could be added. Pages will have external CSS sheets and most will only require template like editing. All web sites are running on Linux. Important features include: Ability to edit pages or activate an editor from the page one is visiting. Ability to create new pages within the same directory from a page being edited. At this point no templates have been created of the hardcoded HTML pages but it would be fairly easy to do so since they are not complicated pages. The first part of this project is basically the desire to be able to edit a web page online. Future web pages may use XML and databases to be able to update multiple pages without having to edit each page individually. Looking for setup that will be able to grow as we do. Prefer to use existing open source tools in order to accomplish this setup. Please contact me via PMB and be descriptive as to how you would implement such a system. I am a really easy webmaster to work with but I have exceptionally high expectations when working with programmers.
