Description:

Need to re-design the website http://www.sea-guides.com
As the site deals with saltwater angling, this needs to be emphasized more in
the general layout of the site, background, etc. Optimised graphics to be
included to improve the visual layout.
The following would also apply:
1) Flash files are too large / slow to load. To be changed, optimised or
removed/replaced.
2) S.E.A Guides logo cannot be changed (however does not have to be flash!)
3) 3 additional articles to be added to "articles" section. This will be
provided to you in MS Word format (pictures + text). The articles menu to be
changed, as new articles will be added in due course.
4) "Contact Us" to incorporate some form of Spam protection (such as having to
type a code/word/number prior to sending the message)
5) HTML to be checked and modified to be standards compliant where required.
