I need a clone of http://www.housingmaps.com and also http://www.doormaps.com. I would also like the feature to add/remove extra categories for filters and different towns/cities. This needs to be a turn key operation with minimum intervention by me! I would like a mix of a google maps website and craigs list 'dot' com information to advertise property for purchase and rental in the uk (and possibly worldwide)- please see doormaps.com and housingmaps.com for the principle and visit http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplace/auction/17112 for an idea of what is involved, as well as an ability for people to add their property. This has to have complete paypal integration with a user friendly /admin for people who list their own property for rent/sale. Finally it must be a professional design that will make real estate agents want to advertise on it and also members of the public. There should also be an option for member login so that members can manage their property for sale/ rent. All the information you require has been provided above - I am not a programmer so you should understand exactly what is required and only bid if you are 100% certain that you can deliver. It is also a requirment for you to design a theme and logo for the website - I would like a theme similar to greenroofmaps.com (which I think is opensource) and doormaps.com - both themes combined, however the layout should be like housingmaps.com with information on the side.
