I would like a web design made for a PSP site I am about to launch. I do not want to go into the details of exactly what the site will contain, but if I pick you as the winning bidder then I will tell you what nav links I want etc (not more than 5 nav links, nothing complex). Okay, these are my basic requirements: 1. An experienced web designer, Photoshop expert, and HTML coder. - I would like the design made as well as the HTML frame code. 2. The site is very simple, only 2 pages need to be designed, (1, the home page, and 2, the page I will replicate for separate parts of the site). That's it :) Lastly, I would like this to be completed in a timely fashion. This project shouldn't take very long to complete as only 2 pages need to be designed.
