Description:	We are looking to develop a flash video based website using Flash, Flex and xHTML, similar in structure and functionality as this site using ( http://www.defencejobs.gov.au/navy/training/NEOC38/#/episode1/ ) Ideally, it will also provide the functionality to allow viewers to download a podcast version of the flash video they are watching should they choose to do so.
