It would be five different write in boxes, thats really all it needs. and to be able to tally up all the votes, other than that I would like to have it filter out the word "d.j" "d.j.", "D.J", "D.J.", "Dj", "dJ", "D.j", "d.J", "D.j.", "d.J." "dj" and "DJ" (i think those are all the possible combinations) from the names, if in case someone puts it on there. The column's name would be DJ and the name would be in that column, so theres no need for the prefix on the name (also it would eliminate people having 1 dj with separate names i.e. THURO / DJ THURO).
