his work that is completely functional, but does not have to be pretty at all. We are both html, let alone programming, novices. Basically, we want users to be able to post an image , and use 4 drop down forms that would characterize the image that they would like to post (Almost like posting a picture and profile on a dating site). We also want for people to be able to browse for those images using the same parameters. Once people find the page containing that image, we want for them to be able to post comments and share info through a message board/comments section for that page, and to flag the administrator of necessary. Since there could be thousands of different permutations of the various drop down options, there can't be a pre-set page for each specific combination- one has to be made when the user uploads according to those specifications. We would like, however, for additional users to be able to add another image to the same page if it conforms to the same specs according to the drop down menu. We are both graduate students and low on cash, but we don't mind if you make literally zero graphics, images, etc. as long as the site can go up and running and work. Thanks!
