We are looking for someone to build us some dating software If you can do this cheaper than an off the shelve company then we would be very interested. The software specs must include the following: 1, 6 Main profile Pictures - these pictures will be small 30 x 30 px to members that are not paid subscribers - but paid subscibers can click them and see a large picture. 2, 8 Private Pictures (to be requested by the members who want to see them and approved by the member who owns the pictures) this option must also come with a reset option incase the member who has approved wants to change their mind and stop people seeing their private pics. These pictures will be small 30 x 30 px to members that are not paid subscribers - but paid subscibers can click them and see a large picture. 3, Private Video option, again other members must be able to request to look at these video's. 4, main Video area - Every member will be able to upload video's to this part of the site - but if other members wish to see them - they must have a paid for subscription but none paid members can see 2 video's per 24 hours. 5, Instant messaging - paid members only. 6, internal email options - for free and paid members - free members can only send x amount of emails per day - but paid subscribers can send unlimited - emails must have the option for attachments like pictures and video that can be taken directly from the users own pc. 7, Members must have the option to see who is online now in their area and also search other area's, area and city must be listed on this page. 8, Who's online now - the site must show a totall amount of users online - this must be shown on the main home page and inside the site. 9,New members - must show how many new members have signed up on this day. 10, total members - the site must show how many members we have in total for the whole site i.e if we have 10,000 members signed up - this must show on the home page. 11, Video Chat - normal chat rooms and VOIP chat must be an option withint the site to paid members - normal chat can be available to none paid members too. 12, Threads, blogs and forums must also be available to paid and none paid members - however, none paid members will be limited to how many blogs and threads they can create. 13, users profile must be html customisable so they can insert their own design but this will only be available to paid members. 14, members can upload audio to their profile. 15, we must have an admin side to be able to set the site how we want, and approve pictures, video and audio. 16, Internal messaging - we need to be able to send every member a messsage should we need to, we would want to do this from the admin panel but the message would be recieved by the member in the main area of the site and not to their email address. 17, we must have various area's to place advertising banners withn the site - and on the home page. 18, members must be able to see 10 small thumbnails on the site once they are signed in of other members who are online but the members must be in their local area when they show up. 19, Member voting and rating options must also be available...the member can see their rating on their profile and it will show them who has rated them and when. 20, members will need to see who has viewed their profile, this must be dated and have a time stamp - but will clear after 7 days and start fresh. 21, memberships will come in the form of gold membership when paid for - and the software must have the option posted within the site to upgrade. Once a member has signed up (paid for or gold member) their profile must show in the form of a url I,E www.ourdomain.com/membersprofilename There are 2 or 3 more small things that we will discuss with the winning bidder. Finally the software must not be encrypted and not come with a license - the software must be able to be unpacked easily onto our domain. and we must be able to add our existing members to this software without a problem. the winning bidder will need to have a very good command of english and note that no payment will be made until this software is finished, however - we are happy to place half of the fee into escrew account. Please make sure you have read and understand our needs, before you bid - and also ensure that you are happy with your bid, as once the amount has been agreed, we will not pay extra should the winning bidder request this.
