We are looking for a custom made mass email sender software to create and send mass emails to our mailing list. This script should give us the ability to import excel or other format sheets that will contain contact and email addresses as well as the ability to email the whole list at once using stored custom made templates. Features of this script are and not limited to: 1. Import contacts, emails from Microsoft Excel files, CSV files and several other formats. 2. Edit contact list management 3. Send plain text, HTML or Multipart messages (both text and HTML in the same message) 4. Customize email messages with several fields 5. Validate the existence of email addresses before actually sending them out. 6. Process incoming messages (Subscribes, Un-subscribes and Undeliverable messages) 7. Automatically embeds images in HTML 8. Set separate settings (an ISP, From Email Address, etc) for every project that we create 9. Freedom to handle multiple mailing lists absolutely independent of each other in a simple and seamless fashion. 10. Customize our outgoing email mailings with as many fields as we like. 11. Import data from several formats including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, etc. 12. Export to various formats too! We should be able to send Plain Text, HTML as well as multipart messages (Plain Text and HTML in the same message). 13. It should include a fully featured context-sensitive message editor. 14. A built in express mail server for fast, multi-threaded delivery and instant delivery status information. 15. Ability to use our ISP's SMTP mail server. It should be able to process incoming subscription and un-subscription requests as well as undeliverable messages from POP3 server. 16. Ability to create and save email templates that will be sent to the mailing list which will be imported from an excell sheet or another format.
