Description:	I have to move a customer app off of a fedora core 4 system, so I compiled Apache 1.3.39, PHP 5.2.5, MySQL 5.X, fedora core 7 now cookies are not being set in Internet Explorer, same code works fine in Mozilla, Firefox but in I.E. no cookies. I lokked and looked dont think the issues is with PHP because I down graded same issue, dont think the issues is with MySQL as it plays no part in setting the cookie it has to be the OS or Apache ......
