Hello,
I need a set of sample forms for a client who just registered a UK Limited
company. Basically I would like to accept a bid from a UK Limited company who
can help providing samples.
I basically need a sample of all required documents that need to be sent to the
companies house every year (ARD) - meaning filing accounts samples / how to
prepare accounts etc.
Generally, I need pretty much everything accounts must include:

a profit and loss account
a balance sheet signed by a director
a directors' report signed by a director or the secretary of the company
for financial years beginning on or after 1 April 2005, the directors of a
quoted company are also required to prepare an operating and financial review
signed by a director or secretary. In this case, the auditors' report must give
an opinion on the information in the report. For further information regarding
the Operating and Financial Review Reporting Standard, please visit the
Financial Reporting Council's website

As you can see I need some guide written including samples the house would
accept (That's why I want to accept a bid from a UK Limited company) - If I
forgot something please also include this.
Prior accepting your bid I want to make sure you are running a UK Ltd (Will
check your registered Ltd company registration number prior approving your bid).
