Description:	Our website will be using a Name Squeeze Page System to route our visitors to sales letters written specifically to address their situation. (Please see http://www.gatewaymagic.com/ and watch the video demo on the main page for more information on how the name squeeze page system works). We will be requiring the copywriter to write compelling emotion-driven sales copies addressing each specific situation, how our services can help and persuading visitors to fill out our form. There will be 8 situations to address. We will provide source materials, sample sales copies and websites of competitors to give you a solid understanding of the subject matter and the important points to cover. The sales letters do not have to be 100% distinct or different from each other as there are commonalities among the subjects. Our website is Real Estate related. We will also require a set of 7 postcard type messages to be used in an auto-responder series. Finally, we will need 3 Press Releases written. Deliverables: 8 sales letters and the gateway page 7 auto-responder messages 3 Press releases. Once delivered, we will own the copyright of all the material. You must have a background in direct marketing and web sales copy to bid and we will require you to provide some samples of your work. Showing proof of conversion from your previous sales copy work is a big plus. You can bid on each part specifically or on the project as a whole. We will be looking for someone we can work with long-term to write keyword-optimized articles for us on a monthly basis.
