We are creating a new free web-hosting site at hosting.pengs.com, we need the
site designed all original and custom, no cookie cutter templates. We already
have all the scripts in place and the system is fully functional. We would like
the design of this site to match the design of Pengs.com (As far as colors and
we would also like to integrate our Penguin into the design (We will provide the
penguin in different formats) We only need two pages developed, a main index
page and a content page (Both need to be in dwt files for dreamweaver). We
would like a designer who can create the two pages without too much information
from us, be able to use their own ideas and creativity. This is for a free web
hosting site, if you think there should be a forum offered or a members lounge
include it in the design, we will create these things after the design is
finished.
If you cannot work on this project now, please do not bid, we are not looking
for someone to start 2 weeks from now, we are looking for someone to start
today!
