Description:	From a PDF document (actually a PDF form) a MS Word template with form like fields must be created. Originally I was meant as a PDF form, but when it was made it appeared that the customer had only Acrobat reader and not the "writer" so they cannot save the forms. So there is already a PDF form and from this PDF must be a Word document created with the same layout and graphical design as the PDF document. The current pdf form can be viewd here: http://forms.customers.xerrera.com/form.pdf The form has 9 pages altogether and it needs to be duplicated from the PDF to a Word form, and needs to be almost look exactly as the current pdf form. The Word document needs form fields or something like that so that it can be filled in by people and can be saved somewhere on their local drive.
