autoresponder script with a few differences. While the developer has provided basic installation instructions, these lack clarity and would be very difficult to understand for a inexperienced user. What I need is an installation manual that explains the installation process in clear, easy-to-follow terms. Here's basically what I need... - Do test install of the script and outline general requrements (e.g. which servers it's compatible with, what information might be needed from web host, and so on...) - Explain in a few steps how to install the script. - Explain how to setup CRON and email 'piping' for the script. - Explain basic CHMOD and/or point to reliable web source where concept is explained. - Explain basic FTP and point users to a good (free) FTP program they can use for the installation. - Add comments/explanations inside the script itself without disrupting the script. The script is quite straightforward and the manual should not take very long to prepare. The crucial point is that it be easy to follow -- even for a first-time user. Thanks. Michael.
