clinic. Visitors need to be able to click and seperately access each therapy we offer. From the therapy I need a link to practitioners for each therapy. So there needs to be pages for therapies as well as individual practitioners with their photos and brief description of their special interests and qualifications, memberships etc. I also need to be able to upload my quarterly newsletters in pdf format with older issues still being accessible as archives. I need a 'newsflash' area. I also need a page that talks about all the conditions we can treat with a brief blurb / info on each and a link to a paragraph/s that talks about latest research/ findings in the area.So obviously there needs to be an area where I can update disease wise. I also need testimonials to have a place in the website & also a page for specials / deals / competitions etc. To access the competitions i need to be able to get their personal name, contact details etc in a safe and secure format. I need people to be able to subscribe - unsubscribe to newsletters. I also need to have a small shopping cart with products for sale - i haven't inventoried what exactly i want to put for sale but guessing about 30 different products. could be more or less. I need to be able to update details on my website myself so it needs to be in an easy format and i will have to be shown how to do it. e.g - if a practitioner is replaced, i shd be able to change photo and description etc or product pricing, uploading newsletters etc. I also need to be able to have an 'online' real time consultation with a client, so a 'chat' option is needed. I'd like a pay by paypal option for shopping cart. or for those unwilling to pay by paypal, info that they can order via fax / telephone etc. If any other options can be suggested especially on taking credit card payments directly thru a bank (i can't afford a dedicated secure server). but apparently, St george or Westpac have some way that credit cards can be accepted and authenticated online. After doing all this, I need the site'search engine optimised' to maximise traffic and i need advice on adwords. Payment will be 50% on completion (via escrow)and balance a month after website is up and running to ensure and provided all kinks are sorted out. I will be hosting it with www.mdwebhosting.com.au so make sure you visit their site and ensure whatever you design is compatible with their hosting requirements. I wld like the clinic logo to have some sort of movement / animation to it. It's a new clinic logo not the one with the woman. I also need an area where my existing clients can login and go to to access extra info like recipes and tips and extra products etc. This seems to be the basic skeleton of the website but it is subject and open to evolving / suggestions / tips. thanks.
