I am looking for a programmer/designer or a company to help me create a full website. The website theme is cartoon doll, target people from age 5+. So the layout needs to be cartoonish. A good example will be www.dollwar.com The main theme of this game is to let user complete against each other in a fashion contest using their uploaded image. For example in a Doll contest, User will be allow to upload their Doll image from their computer. There will be a few category for different contest. Here is a preview list contest: Doll Doll icon msn avatar Also for everything that a user uploaded, a copy of it should go to the website library as content. For example if a user uploads one of their Aim icon, it should go into the website library data base. All users can then view it in the website under Aim icon or so… This site requires a registration system for user to register an account before using the website. After they register, they should receive an automatic email to their email address asking them to verify their account. There should be a section created for mini flash game that has to deal with doll. The page will contain many mini flash games from other website. (links will be given by me) This site also needs a forum This project shouldn't be very hard to a professional, because most of the content of the website will be upload by user so I don't expect the bid to be too high. Basically this project required the following: Unique layout design Game play system (uploading and contest) Forum User login system owner administration system where I can control the site (deleting account and so...) The programmer who successfully make this game site will also get a long term job position for maintenance and upgrading. Payment will be given after project is 100% completed. Escrow will be set after project is around 40% completed. This is because I don't want to waste my time and money on programmer who is just all talk and make garbage work.
