Description:	I need a programmer to design and provide the code for an email "Newsletter". I will be sending out this newsletter at least once a week. The format will be the same, but I will change the "articles" each issue. I do have some of the artwork and have done some of the code, but I need it to both look better and to improve the code. I do also have some ideas on how I want it to look. I use FrontPage. It doesn't necessarily have to be written in FrontPage as long as the code can be conformed.
