Description:	I need the navigation of my blog customized. This customization seems to be something that isn't available as a plugin or an existing hack that we've been able to find. Basically, I want to be able to create multiple "blocks" of category navigation. Wordpress currently seems to limit to one block of category navigation, one block of "page" navigation, a block of "links", etc. Drupal and many other CMSs i've worked with had no problem allowing multiple "menu items" as they were called. Besides this, I also need the categories to be collapsed, except when you are on a category or a post page within a category then its sub-categories and sibling categories should be expanded.
