Description:	We have a static site using a subdirectory for an existing WP blog. The blog doesnt use the full site design (just the header). Anyway, we want to convert the existing static site to WP using the layout/design exactly on the static site. There might be some very minimal customization to use standard WP tags on the home page to keep the info dynamic. The current WP postings on the /blog directory will be migrated to the new site as well. There is also a standard 'simple scripts' forum section that needs to have the basic design.
