We need a php voting sysyem to allow people to vote on images we put up our site. 1-You provide us with the software to upload to our site 2-We can upload a number of images (no more then 50, perhaps 6 per page) and remove some if needed, and add more if needed. 3-People who wish to see the images and vote, will be taken by a link from our home page to a registration page (Name, email, street address, phone number) and their registration will go to a mysql database hosted on our server. 4-Once registered they can look at the images and vote only once. They can change their vote if they want to 5-We (the administrator) only can access the database. 6-We will get a tally of which images receive what number of votes and who voted for what images. 7-At the bottom of each page are normal navigation buttons, including one back to our home page. 8-We can change the banner on the top 9-The colour scheme is a basic white or black. We will need a theme or template for the site. 10-We can keep the software and run a competition any time we want to, possible once a month. Thank you. Next:  Flex Web Based Photo Editor -
