The admin settings should include the category or categories to post in, whether the post is created as draft or published, whether comments are available on the post, the location to upload files to also any limitations on file types and sizes. The size and file type limitations will need to be different settings for pictures and video. The post that is created will take the title from the form, embed a video player or an image link and add the description underneath in < p >tags. Needs to be a proper wordpress plugin, with a copy to the plugins directory and activate to install/uninstall.
