Description:	I need the existing www.sandiego-house.com html site converted to a WordPress site. The design needs to remain the same with all of the colors and existing graphics. This site has over 200 static pages (including the home page) and a very active blog. Please submit a quote for the following: a) Conversion of existing design to a WordPress Theme and Control Panel. The Theme will have as many as 10 “Page Templates” to deploy as many different left hand navigation menus. A drop down top cascading menu will be added to the existing layout under the “Flash” image. b) Full importation of all existing pages and images (static and dynamic but NOT the listings pages) to the new WordPress format. Notes: • The WordPress Theme must be 100% CSS (Table-less). • All pages must have Search Engine Friendly URLS with truncated stings (no deep-linking and as few sub-directories as possible). • All URLS must have a trailing slash. • All pages must be 100% W3C XHTML and W3C CSS compliant.
