Description:	Simple project for someone who knows what they are doing. Hello, I need a simple cell phone program developed that will display a swatch of about 40 different colors. The program would need to be developed to be compatible with ALL color cell phones and PDAs and would need the capability to: 1. Download a palette of colors from our central server (preferably through sending the small application to the phone, but could be by internet or data cable) 2. Display those colors on ANY color cell phone 2a. Each color should fill up the entire color screen and numbers of buttons should be used to move to the next color in the palette.
