The application should be able to - read data from the phone GPS - read data from motion sensor - read data from phone params (signal strength, battery status) - get data from a unique key (long keyhold or such) - run in background - transmit all data to our server - get activation commands from server (like turn gps on/off, transmit data back to server once an hour etc..) Application should run on Symbian, Windows mobile, Detailed spec will be sent to chosen providers. almost no Gui is needed.
