back up and removal of current website from windows based server. Install php program(scripts)/template and link and indexing old pages to new pages. Will either use current flash server or link to Flash Media 2 RTMP Hosting service. I have had several failed projects here in the last 3 months with "so called" established companies. I have lost a lot of money as a result. So, I am looking for an independent worker who is expert in above processes. This person will bid for hourly rate to complete job as posted. Constant communication and review of progress is required as well as provide advice on site development. Oppotunity for permanent relationship for site upkeep after site completed. Please respond with hourly rate in private message as well as estimate time for completion. Time is the most valuable factor here since I have been delayed 3 months already by bad bidders and incomplete programs. References are required from past jobs performed, not only the rating here. I have learn you can sometimes give someone a favorable rating only later to find the project was no where near what you expected. I have everything in place except you.
