we need a clone for a software like this (voip capi):

but it should also include the sip protocol. please give us two offers:
1st offer: with sip and h.323 protocol in a kernel mode
2nd offer: only sip protocol in a kernel mode
3rd offer: with sip and h.323 protocol in a system user mode
4th offer: only sip protocol in a system user mode
the software will be used for fax and telephone purposes. a software which
operates in a kernel mode is preferred (1st or 2nd offer). please don't forget
to send us your estimated delivery time.
payment is done via an escrow acount.
When the software is ready - we want to send faxes e.g. via
http://www.nikotel.de/en/. Thats why you need the sip proxy.
