A little info how we manage things in the company: When we send inventory to a store the store manager inputs the data manually because we don't send the Invoice or Inventory Info Electronically. He has to copy the exact info that a Receipt or Document has in the computer, Like product code and the quantity that is been sent. OK so everything is stored in 2 tables in a main server, all the documents made in the different databases in each store, ( the data is sent 2 times a day by Internet.) So the tables have the Number of Document and the quantity that was sent or received. It is stored with the # and a "1" if the store is receiving inventory or a "-1" if it is sending. So the table should look like this if X store sends Y store something with the Document Number 1111 +---------------------+ | Inventory_movement | +---------------------+ Doc Store Product Quant Status +---+-----+-------+-----+------+ 1111 X CD-300 5 -1 1111 Y CD-300 5 1 2222 X PA-200 3 1 2222 X ZR-100 3 1 2222 Y PA-200 3 -1 2222 Y ZR-100 3 -1 ** 2222 is an example of the data, if the document has more than 1 products. *** a document can have a lot of products the Document number isn't unique. WHAT IS NEEDED +--------------+ A MS SQL Query that compares the data in the table or tables ( You judge if you need the 2 tables) and returns a list of the Documents that aren't correctly inputed. So this way we know if the store manager is saving all the data correctly, either to keep the products to him self or just a mistake. The script has to be efficient , the system we use is web-based.
